Eligibility:
Defence Force Serving and ex-service men and women and their dependents. Appointment required for welfare assistance. Units: priority is given to self sufficient ex-service personnel, or their widows/widowers, or their dependants in needy circumstances. Applications are reviewed based on individual current circumstances, health and financial factors.

Arranges for bronze grave plaques for veterans. Also acts as an agent in Australia for British funds
